This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that Spokk US, Inc. (“Spokk”) uses on spokk.io, in the Spokk dashboard, and on the pages businesses send to their customers.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps information on your device. We use both, and call them all “cookies” in this policy. Some are set by Spokk and some by the services we use.
2. Where we use them
Our marketing website and the business dashboard use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, run our support chat, and measure our own advertising.
The pages a business sends to its customers, such as feedback forms, testimonial pages, the customer portal and the check-in kiosk, use only the cookies those pages need to work. They never load analytics or advertising tools. Testimonial pages use Google Translate to offer other languages.
Our Healthcare plan uses only the cookies needed to sign in and use the service. It loads no analytics, advertising or chat tools on any page.

The analytics and advertising cookies depend on how our tags are configured, so the exact list can change. We will keep this page up to date.
4. Your choices
Our cookie notice tells you that we use cookies. It does not switch them on or off. To control them:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies needed for the Services to work, you will not be able to sign in.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust your ad settings at Google and Meta, or opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.
