Patient shares the link with friends or family

The 20-day timing for the referral ask is intentional. By that point, the patient has had a chance to settle into the experience, has hopefully had one or two friends comment on their smile or ask about their dentist, and receives the referral nudge exactly when they're most likely to act on it. The 20-day default is a starting point — you can change the delay to any number of days, edit the message copy, or disable the step entirely from your automation settings.
