Does it send texts or emails?

Both. Each step can use text, email or both, and falls back to the other when a customer has only one. Texts go from a dedicated toll-free number in the US and Canada.

Will customers get texts at night?

No. Messages only go out between 8am and 9pm in your time zone unless you choose other hours. Anything due outside them waits until the morning.

How do you stop customers being over-messaged?
