Do I need a developer?

Not for HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or Google: each takes a few minutes in their settings, with steps on the setup pages. The REST API needs someone who can make a web request. And you can always skip integrations and use the tablet or staff portal.

What does Spokk need to know about a customer?

At least a mobile number or an email address. A name, and which location they visited, make the messages more personal.

Does Spokk connect to my booking software or POS?

Directly, Spokk connects to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho and Google. Many booking and POS systems can send to one of those, or to our API. If yours cannot, tell us what you use: if it is within our ability, we build the connection at no extra cost.

Does each check-in count toward my plan?

Yes. Each check-in, from any source, counts toward the customers your plan covers each month, and also counts as a loyalty visit.
