Is it allowed to use AI to help customers write reviews?
Yes. The AI drafts a review from the customer's own feedback, and the customer reads, edits, and posts it themselves from their own Google account. Every review reflects a real job, which is fully in line with Google's review policies.
Do you only ask happy customers to review?
No, and we don't recommend it. The right way, and the way we set you up, is to ask every customer and make leaving a genuine review effortless. Review gating, where you screen people and only send the happy ones to Google, is against Google's policy, so we don't build your flow around it.
