Is it allowed to use AI to help clients write reviews?
Yes. The AI drafts a review from the client's own feedback, and the client reads, edits, and posts it themselves from their own Google account. Every review reflects a real visit, which is fully in line with Google's review policies.
Do you only ask happy clients to review?
No, and we don't recommend it. The right way, and the way we set you up, is to ask every client and make leaving a genuine review effortless. Review gating, where you screen people and only send the happy ones to Google, is against Google's policy, so we don't build your flow around it.
Does it work with ezyVet, Cornerstone or AVImark?
You don't need to integrate with anything to get started. Most practices begin with a QR check-in at the front desk or by importing their client list. If you'd rather have it fire automatically when a visit is closed out, Spokk connects through HubSpot and a REST API, so any system that can hit a webhook can trigger the sequence.
