Okay, here is a scenario you might be thinking about. A daycare client brings their dog in three times a week. If you trigger the full automation sequence every single visit, they are getting 12 SMS messages a month. That is going to annoy them fast and tank your reputation with your most loyal clients.
Spokk has a cooldown setting for exactly this reason. You define a minimum number of days between automation triggers for the same contact. Set it to 30 days, and even if that client comes in 12 times in a month, the automation only triggers once every 30 days. They get asked for feedback once. They get the review request once.
