A gentle follow-up for clients who received the feedback request but didn't open it or didn't complete it. Automatically skipped for any client who already submitted feedback — so clients who responded immediately never receive this. No one gets a nudge for something they've already done.
For clients who submitted positive feedback but didn't click the Google review link. The message includes the AI-drafted review (or a link to it) so all the hard work is done. Skipped if the client already clicked the review link. Also skipped if the client never submitted feedback (no feedback means no review basis).
The referral step is timed 20 days out deliberately. By that point, if a client is going to recommend your spa to someone, the memory of a great experience is still fresh but they haven't been overwhelmed with follow-up. They receive their unique referral code and a message explaining the reward. For both them and the friend they refer.
