Can Spokk tell if a member already submitted a testimonial so they are not asked again?
Yes. Spokk tracks which contacts have already submitted a testimonial for a given link. If a member has already responded, they will not be sent another request for that same testimonial link. This prevents repeated requests to the same people.
Can members choose between recording a video or writing a text testimonial?
Yes. You configure the testimonial link in Spokk to offer video mode, text mode, or both. If both are enabled, the member can choose which format they prefer. This is useful because some members are comfortable on camera and others prefer to write. Giving the choice increases completion rates.
