AI review generation
AI review generation, from real customer feedback
Spokk's AI turns what a customer tells you after their visit into a ready-to-post review in their own words. It never invents a detail, it follows the rating they gave, and they post it themselves on Google.

What it is
What is AI review generation?
AI review generation means using AI to help put a customer's experience into words, so leaving a review takes seconds instead of a blank box and ten minutes. Most people who had a good visit would happily review you. What stops them is not knowing what to write.
There are two very different kinds of tool behind the name. Some write reviews out of nothing, for businesses to post or hand out. Those are fake reviews, and the US Federal Trade Commission banned them in 2024, including AI-written ones. The other kind starts from a real customer telling you about a real visit, and helps that customer say it well. That is what Spokk does.
Writing reviews from nothing
Made-up customers, made-up visits, always five stars. Banned by the FTC's rule on fake reviews, removed by Google, and the business can lose its reviews or be flagged on Google.
Helping a real customer write
A real person, after a real visit, gives a few ratings and a line of feedback. The AI drafts a review from exactly that. They check it, change what they like and post it themselves.
How it works
From a visit to a posted review in under a minute
Your customer does the easy part: a few taps and, if they like, a line of feedback. The AI does the writing.
1. The text arrives
A couple of hours after the visit, from your business name, with a link to a one-minute form.
How it writes
What the AI reads, the rules it follows, what the customer gets
The draft is built in seconds, on the thank-you page, from the answers the customer just gave you.
It reads
Only what the customer gave you
- The stars they gave, question by question
- Anything they wrote, or said in a voice answer
- The service they had
- Their answers to your own questions, if you allow it
- Your business name, and your notes on tone
It follows
Rules written for honest reviews
- Never invents people, products, events or results
- Matches the tone to the rating they chose
- Never quotes scores like "4 out of 5"
- Avoids stock words like "amazing" and "highly recommend"
- Varies tone, length and opening every time
They get
A draft that sounds like them
- About 50 to 80 words, a little shorter when all they gave was stars, in their own language
- Ready on the thank-you page in seconds
- Free to edit, rewrite or ignore
- One tap copies it and opens the review page
- Posted by them, from their own account
Examples
Drafts follow the rating, not wishful thinking
A great visit reads warm. A good visit with one gripe keeps the gripe. A so-so visit reads like a so-so visit. Customers trust reviews that sound like real people, and so does Google.
Olive & Ember
5 star visit- Food
- Service
- Atmosphere
What they wrote
"The lamb was perfect and the staff checked on us without hovering."
The draft they get
I had a wonderful experience at Olive & Ember. The lamb was perfect, cooked just right, and incredibly flavorful. The staff were attentive, checking on us just enough without hovering, which made the dining experience very pleasant. The atmosphere was nice and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I'd gladly go again for another delightful evening.
Northside Auto
4 star visit- Quality of work
- Speed
- Price
What they wrote
"Fixed the brakes the same day. Price was a bit higher than quoted."
The draft they get
I recently had my brakes fixed at Northside Auto, and they did a great job getting everything done the same day. The quality of their work was spot on. The only downside was that the price ended up being a bit higher than what I was initially quoted. Overall, though, I'm quite satisfied with the experience.
Willow Hair Studio
3 star visit- The result
- Waiting time
- Friendliness
What they wrote
"Color came out nice but I waited 25 minutes past my appointment."
The draft they get
I recently visited Willow Hair Studio and had a mixed experience. The color turned out nicely, which I appreciated, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. However, I ended up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit frustrating. While I'm happy with the result, the long wait was a downside. I hope for a more timely experience on my next visit.

See it live
Try the AI review generator yourself
This is a real Spokk form. Rate a pretend visit, write a line, and watch the AI write a review from your answer, exactly as your customers will see it.
- 1Pick a form and give the visit a few stars.
- 2Write a line about it, or skip that.
- 3Watch the review draft appear, ready to copy.
It is a demo business, so try anything. Your own form carries your name, logo, colours and questions.
Review sites
Google first, plus the other sites you use
Google is the default. You can add Facebook, Trustpilot or any site with a review link, or give customers a choice. Yelp and TripAdvisor buttons work too, but the draft isn't copied for them: their rules don't allow drafted reviews, so customers write those in their own words.
- One branded page with a button for each site you use.
- Each location gets its own Google review link.
- Every link is personal, so you can see who reached the review page.
Olive & Ember
Thanks for visiting! Where would you like to leave your review?
- Trustpilot
One link for the counter, receipts and texts
Every kind of feedback
Typed, chatted or spoken, in five languages
Customers can answer a classic form, a chat-style form or just speak. The AI writes the draft in the language they chose: English, Spanish, French, German or Japanese.
- Voice answers are turned into text, then into a draft.
- Your form and the draft follow the customer's language choice.
- Nothing for customers to download and no account to create.

Your control
You decide what the AI may use
Each form has its own switches, and you can give the AI written instructions for the whole business. The customer still has the last word on every draft.
- Turn the business name, the service or what they wrote in or out of drafts.
- Choose, question by question, which of your own questions the AI may use.
- Give the AI up to 2,000 characters of notes on tone and wording, and what it should never mention. Notes can't add anything the customer didn't say.
AI review drafts
What the AI may use on this form
- Mention the business name
- Use what they wrote
- Mention the service they had
Your instructions to the AI
Keep it short and plain. Never mention prices or discounts unless the customer did.

The rules
AI reviews and the law, in plain words
The FTC's rule on consumer reviews, in force since October 2024, bans reviews that pretend to be from someone who does not exist, such as AI-generated fake reviews, or from someone who did not have the experience, or that misrepresent what they experienced. Businesses may not create, buy or post them.
Google removes fake reviews and can block new reviews or show a warning on a business that collects them. It also does not allow asking only happy customers, offering anything in return for a review, or pressuring people to say particular things.
Spokk is built around those lines. A draft only exists after a real customer answers your form, it only uses what they told you, every customer gets the same invitation whatever they rated, nobody is rewarded for posting, and the customer decides every word and posts it themselves.
