Birdeye pricing in 2026: what it costs per location

Birdeye does not publish its prices. Its pricing page asks for your details and how many locations you have, and a salesperson quotes you. The plan figures below are what independent sources reported in 2026, labelled as reported, alongside what Birdeye’s own terms say about renewals, notice and fees.

The short answer

Birdeye prices each location separately. Independent 2026 reports put its Starter plan at about $299 to $349 per location a month, Growth at about $349 to $399 and Dominate at about $449 to $499, with lower per-location rates reported for larger groups. Birdeye’s terms renew agreements automatically unless you give written notice 90 days before renewal, and add an 8% Innovation Fee to recurring fees at each automatic renewal.

What adds to the bill

The per-location model and the renewal fee matter more than any single plan price.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Birdeye cost?

+
Birdeye does not publish prices. Independent 2026 reports put Starter at about $299 to $349 per location a month, Growth at about $349 to $399 and Dominate at about $449 to $499. Your price comes from a sales quote and depends on your locations, products and contract.

Does Birdeye charge per location?

+
Yes. Birdeye prices each location separately, so a five-location business pays for five locations. Sources report lower per-location rates for larger groups.

What is Birdeye’s Innovation Fee?

+
Birdeye’s terms add an 8% Innovation Fee to all recurring service fees at each automatic renewal, unless your agreement predates 1 April 2024 or sets a different fee. It appears on your renewal invoice.

How do I cancel Birdeye?

+
Give Birdeye written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before your renewal date, unless your order form says otherwise, and keep the confirmation. Without that notice the agreement renews for the same length as the original term.

Why doesn’t Birdeye publish its prices?

+
Birdeye quotes each account through its sales team, based on your number of locations and the products you want. Its pricing page is a form rather than a price list.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Birdeye?

+
Spokk starts at $149 a month with unlimited locations, billed monthly with no contract. NiceJob starts at $75 a month. Neither manages listings or social media the way Birdeye does, so compare on the work you actually need done.
