Podium pricing in 2026: plans, fees and contract terms

Podium lists two plans on its pricing page, Core at $399 a month and Pro at $599 a month, plus a custom Signature plan. You can only buy through its sales team, and the price you sign for depends on your industry, integrations, volume and carrier fees. Here is what Podium publishes, the fees that sit outside the plan price, and the contract you agree to.

14 days free, no credit card. Prices are quoted on a short call.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Podium cost per month?

+
Podium lists Core at $399 a month and Pro at $599 a month, and Signature is custom. US locations also pay a $5 monthly texting fee, and Core charges $15 a month for high-volume messaging. You buy through sales, and the quote depends on your industry, integrations, volume and carrier fees.

Does Podium require a contract?

+
Yes. Podium’s standard agreement sets a 12-month term that renews automatically for another 12 months unless you give written notice at least 30 days before it ends. Your order form can set different terms, so check it before you sign.

How do I cancel Podium?

+
Email written notice of non-renewal to support@podium.com at least 30 days before your term ends, and keep the confirmation. Notice that arrives later does not stop the next term, and the agreement commits you to the fees for the whole term.

Can Podium raise its price?

+
Yes, at renewal. The agreement lets Podium increase fees from your next term with 45 days’ written notice, unless you opt out of the renewal or renegotiate. Carrier fees such as the 10DLC fee can change at any time.

Does Podium charge per location?

+
Several Podium charges are per location: the $5 monthly texting fee for US locations, the $500 Phones network fee, and usage allowances such as 4,000 automation message segments per location a month. Multi-location businesses are quoted by sales.

Does Podium have a free trial?

+
Podium’s pricing page does not offer a free trial or self-serve signup. Every plan starts with a sales conversation.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Podium for Google reviews?

+
Spokk starts at $149 a month, billed monthly with no contract, unlimited locations and AI review reply drafts included. NiceJob starts at $75 a month. Neither replaces Podium’s phone system or card payments, so the right choice depends on what you need Podium for.
