When NiceJob is the better buy
You only need review requests
At $75 a month, Starter is one of the lowest published prices for automated SMS and email review requests.
You want to see the price before talking to anyone
Both plans are listed with prices and you can start from the website without a sales call.
You run on field-service software
NiceJob connects to tools such as Jobber and QuickBooks, which its gifts feature relies on.
You also want a website built
The Sites add-on gives you a managed website from the same company.
What Spokk adds for the higher price
Spokk starts at $149 a month, billed monthly. The difference is what happens around the review request: feedback first, a draft written from the customer’s own words, and tools that bring the same customers back.
- Customers rate the visit first, then get an optional AI draft written from their own feedback
- Requests with an AI-written draft get 1.4x more click-throughs to the Google review page (Spokk platform data)
- Loyalty check-ins and paid memberships, alongside referrals
- Unlimited locations on one account, never priced per location
- Google review import with AI reply drafts included
- No contract on monthly plans. Yearly billing gets two months free, on request
Spokk does not build websites and has fewer ready-made connections to field-service software: it connects through HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or its API. If those matter most, NiceJob may suit you better.
14 days free, no credit card. Prices are quoted on a short call.
