Manage your Google reviews in Spokk
Connect the Google account that manages your Business Profile and Spokk imports every Google review, keeps them up to date, and lets you reply from Spokk with an AI draft that you edit before it goes live on Google.
14 days free, no credit card. Included on every Spokk plan.
How it works
Sign in with Google from the Google Reviews page in Spokk, pick the locations you want, and your reviews import automatically. Reply to any review from Spokk, by typing or starting from an AI draft, and the reply is posted to Google under your business. Spokk also spots which of your own customers left each review, so your review requests stop asking people who already reviewed.
What you need
- The Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile
- A verified Business Profile with at least one location
- A Spokk account (the free trial connects one location)
What you can do
Import every review
Your full Google review history arrives in Spokk and stays in sync, with filters for reviews that need a reply.
Reply with an AI draft
Start from a draft written from the review itself, add your own instructions if you like, edit it and post it to Google.
See who reviewed you
Spokk matches reviews to the customers you asked, so you can credit them and stop sending them review requests.
Spot rating drops
When a reviewer edits a review to a lower rating, Spokk flags it so you can follow up.
What happens after you connect
- 1
Your reviews import
Most accounts finish in under a minute. Accounts with hundreds of reviews take a few minutes, and Spokk emails you when it is done.
- 2
They stay up to date
Spokk checks for new and edited reviews every day, and again whenever you open Google Reviews in Spokk.
- 3
You reply from one place
Replies you post from Spokk appear on Google under your business, the same as replying in Google itself.
- 4
Matches reach your follow-ups
When you confirm a match, that customer is credited with the review and your review requests skip them from then on.

More than one location
Every location on one account
Current Spokk plans connect as many Google locations as you have, with no per-location fee. The free trial connects one.
Each listing matched to a location
Every Google listing is linked to a Spokk location, so you can view reviews for one location or all of them.
What Spokk can do on Google
- Read the reviews on the Business Profile locations you choose.
- Post a reply only when you press post. Nothing is published to Google automatically.
- Spokk never writes, edits or removes customer reviews. Customers post their own reviews on Google.
- Disconnecting removes your imported reviews from Spokk. Your reviews on Google are not affected.
Good to know
- AI reply drafts are included on paid plans. On the free trial, saving a card unlocks them, with no charge.
- Typing and posting your own replies is always free.
